Is There A Window Of Time That Postpartum Depression Can Strike Within?
My baby is 8 months old and things have been going very well. It has been really busy since my son was born and I haven't had much time to myself. I'm starting to feel detached and I'm embarrassed to say, but a little resentful towards my baby for taking away the freedoms I had before motherhood. Because my baby is already 8 months old, I don't think that I have postpartum depression. Is there a window of time that postpartum depression can strike within or am I just not cut out to be a mom?

The window can be board. If you suspect postpartum depression, I recommend that you consult with a qualified health care practitioner that can provide an accurate diagnosis and wellness protocol. Research a practitioner that specializes in natural health options, such as nutrition, aromatherapy, emotional counseling. They are gentle, safe approaches to address health challenges.
