If I Ask For Help, Will They Take My Baby Away?

I've been doing some reading, and I think that I may be suffering from postpartum depression. I haven't been able to tell anyone because I'm afraid of what will happen next. I'm so afraid that I'll lose my baby. If I seek help, will they take my baby away?
