Is It Okay To Bathe A Baby Who Has Mild Diaper Rash?

My daughter has a mild case of diaper rash on her rear. I've been cleaning it with a clean, damp wash cloth and applying cream to it during diaper changes. Will it be okay to give her a bath in a tub, or will it make her diaper rash more uncomfortable?

I suggest you use the baby bath basin you are using for your baby. Baby's skin is quite sensitive, so all the things that we used for him should be exclusively for him. Likewise, it is advisable to abstain from diaper, maybe better use the baby cloth as diaper. When the rashes subside, try other diaper brands until you can find best for him.
