How Do I Get My Best Friend To Back Off?

My best friend has 2 children. Her youngest is a year older than my baby. She is constantly asking me questions about my daughter's development and then telling me how her son did it faster. Then she gives me tips on how I should be "nurturing his development". At first, her advice didn't bother me, but now I'm starting to not what to even talk to her. How do I politely tell my friend to back off before it ruins our relationship?
