Should I Use Baby Cotton Swabs On My Baby's Ears?

My son has a lot of earwax. I've been trying to wipe it away with a washcloth but it seems to come back pretty fast. Should I be using baby cotton swabs on his ears?

yes u can . Ideally make sure they are sterile and you could dip the bud inheated and cooled mineral oil to soften the wax. Impacted wax is dangerous and predisposes to ear infections.
