Where Can I Find Individual Baggies For Soiled Diapers?

A friend of mine used to carry a small container that clipped on her diaper bag. Inside it hand a small roll of baggies that were just for soiled diapers, in case you had to change your baby and dispose of the diaper later. She said she got it as a shower gift. I would really like to get one, but I don't know where to find one. Where can I find an individual diaper baggie dispenser?
