How Can I Help My Wife?

My wife is a such a strong woman. She cooks, cleans and does most of the care for our 3 week old little boy. I've tried to help with some of the chores and to change the occasional diaper, but it seems to make her anxious. I'm afraid that the burden of all the responsibilities is going to end up hurting her in the long run. How do I help my wife if she doesn't want my help?
