I Had A C-section And My Doctor Gave Me The Go Ahead.

I had a c-section 7 weeks ago and my doctor said that it was safe for me to resume having sex. I would really like to, but I'm scared because I still have occasional sharp pains around my incision site if I do anything strenuous. If I have sex, does that pain mean I might rupture my incision?
