How Do I Prepare My Nursery For An Earthquake?
We recently moved to an area where earthquakes have been known to happen more frequently. I'm trying to put together my son's nursery, but I'm not sure if there are special precautions to take in case of earthquakes. How do I prepare my nursery for an earthquake?

Make sure your child is in a sturdy crib or bassinet that does NOT have any wheels, to prevent the crib from moving during an earthquake. Also, do not place any objects on the walls above your child's crib. In the event of an earthquake, you do not want any items on the walls near him to potentially fall into his crib.
