What Can I Do To Protect My Baby From Sids?
|
I've heard the "back to sleep" slogan, but other than that I haven't heard any other precautions I can take to prevent a tragedy. What can I do to protect my baby from SIDS?

Thursday 18th of March 2010 07:46:43 PM Make sure your child is placed to sleep on his back. Also, make sure the crib is free of clutter. No toys, blankets, pillows, etc. Also, keep the house a smoke free environment. If you are concerned about SIDS, you can purchase a sensor that goes under your child's mattress that will alert you if your child stops moving for an extended period of time.
