My Baby Has Diarrhea Should I Call The Doctor.

The last time my baby had a mild case of diarrhea, I called my doctor and he just said to keep an eye on it and push fluids. It was over after about 6 hours and then things got back to normal pretty quickly. Now she has had diarrhea for over 24 hours and her lips are starting to get dry and she isn't very active. I've been giving her plenty to eat, but it doesn't seem to help. Should I call my doctor?
