Do All Nannies "live In"?

We are considering hiring a full time nanny for our 2 children. We will really only need her services during the work day. Do all nannies "live in" or do some leave at the end of the work day?

There are plenty of nannies that will work for you during working hours. In fact most of them have their own lives and prefer to go home at the end of the day. Some people prefer to have them live in because they can get away with paying them only five or six hundred dollars a month because they give them a place to live.
