Is There Somewhere I Can Go To Have My Carseat Installed For Me?

I've been trying for an hour to install my car seat the right way. No matter what I do, it just doesn't seem to be in right. Is there somewhere I can go to have my car seat installed for me?

Every city or town has a Sheriff's office that you can go to. They are fully equipped to install your car seat and show you how to do it in the future. They can also give you all the updates on laws concerning children and car seats.
