How Can I Be Sure I Installed The Carseat Base Properly?

My wife asked me to install the car seat base. I tried to follow the instructions, but I'm still not quite sure that I have it in right. How do I know if I have installed my baby's car seat correctly?

Most people don't know this but I am going to share with you this information.
Open your phone book then find a fire station near your home and ask them to install the car seat for you.
They will contact the safety department and they will come to your home and install it for you.
