How Soon Should I Tell My Son We're Expecting?

I'm 10 weeks along and I have a 4 year old son. We want to include him as much as possible but we don't want to be too hasty delivering the news until we're more confident that nothing is going to go wrong with the pregnancy. How soon should we tell my son that he is going to be a big brother?
