Should I Take My 5 Year Old To The Ultrasound?

My five year old has told me over and over that there is NOT a baby in my tummy and that he is our baby. I thought that maybe taking him to the 20 week ultrasound and then taking him shopping for both him and the baby would help him to understand that my feelings for him aren't changing and that he is going to be a big brother. Would it be a good idea to take him with to the ultrasound so he can find out if he is having a brother or sister at the same time as we do?
