My Husband Spends Money Frivolously.

I am a very thrifty spender. My husband is not. This really hasn't ever bothered me until now. We're expecting a baby and I'm afraid that he will continue to spend frivolously when our budget will no longer allow for it. How do I approach him about changing his spending habits before the baby comes and it becomes a problem for our relationship?
