Do I Get The Records When Changing Pediatricians?

I didn't feel comfortable asking a bunch of questions when I was looking for a pediatrician. I basically just chose one that was taking new patients. Now that I've taken my daughter to see him a couple of times, I really don't like his style. When I find a new pediatrician, will he acquire my baby's records, or do I have to get them from my current doctor myself?
