Answers & Questions / Topics / choosing baby names

I'm Looking Specifically For Irish Names.
My husband and I are both Irish. We would like our son to have an authentic Irish name. I've looked through a few books but there are so many names to weed through, its frustrating. Are there any websites that cater specifically to Irish names?

Your best bet is to get onto http://www.babyhold.com/list/Irish_Baby_Names/ which lists all the most popular Irish names. Should you choose not to go down the Irish name route, there are lots of different types of names such as Celtic and American. And they even have a name generator incase you are stuck for inspiration.

Hi, why not give a ista look at this site: www.babynamesofireland.com. For example I like the name "AiLeN" (Ancient Irish name from ail "noble.") I think it is a prefect name for a mayor princess.
