I Work At Night How Do I Find A Caregiver?

I'm a single mother and have finally found a full-time position with benefits. My only problem, is that my position is 3rd shift. I'm not having any luck finding a caregiver for overnight positions. How do I find someone to watch my daughter overnight while I'm at work?
