I Think My Child Is Being Picked On By Another Child.

My 3 year old son has been in the same in-home daycare situation all of his life. He's always seemed to be happy there and has a little girl that is his friend. 3 weeks ago a new little boy started coming to the same provider. He is about my son's age. All of the sudden my son doesn't want to go to his babysitter anymore. He won't tell me why. The only conclusion that I can come to is that he's getting picked on, possibly by the new little boy. I asked my babysitter if anything has been going on and she said no. Where do I go from here when I think my son is being picked on?
