Is My Son's Penis Infected?

My son was circumsized before we left the hospital. The nurse showed me how to care for it and I've been doing exactly what she said. His penis is starting to look slightly swollen around the circumcision and is kind of red. Is my son's penis infected?

It can be infected as you telling that it is swollen and showing red also but sometimes because of circumsized it is also happened but after sometime it will be alright as this because of cut may be but better to show to some doctor. Never get delay to show to doctor
