Will My Child Get Enough One On One Care At A Daycare Center?
|
I took a 12 week maternity leave. I have one month left and I'm starting to get nervous about sending my baby to daycare. He is used to get a lot of one on one attention. Will he get enough individual attention at a daycare center?

Friday 6th of August 2010 06:58:47 AM I can totally understand where you're coming from. It's pretty hard to go back to work after caring for our babies for a month o so. I worry too much if a nanny or the day care will provide the attention that I've given my child. But I totally doubt it.
Nothing is compared to hands on care of a parent to his/her child.

Wednesday 24th of March 2010 06:45:14 AM hello there and all will depend about how big is the daycare center, how many clients do they have, and how many professionals to assist the kids they have avaiable to share and look the babies, usualy they have a amonth of babies they need to watch out, your kid will probably get enough attention but maybe not enough comparing with how much you give of your attention... there your baby will be watched ith care but not with a mother care, Cheers

Thursday 1st of July 2010 01:44:38 AM Well it depends on that which day care you are preferring because sometimes they do care but not the ratio will be 1 :1 .We know this is not possible but they still take good care of baby as your baby is too small. Home day care are good for infants as they can get homely environment and they can take care the baby in homely as if they are your neighbours and mother also so they know how to handle small baby
