I started myself only after 5 month old.More of the things I needed I bought them on 7 month old,.I was afraid I could deliver at 7 month so I would need my things to be ready.for the baby and for myself too. There are some supersticions that you should buy things after 7 month old, to not have an early delivery, or even worst a miscarriage.

This often depends on the individual person. Don't get too excited yet, it does take a while to really start looking pregnant! Usually by your 3rd month you will have a bump, and by six months you will really be showing. I would say from your 5th month you will be in need of maternity wear.

Depends really. It depends on the shape of your tummy or the amount of fluid in your tummy. For me, I didn't have to change my tops since the trend at the time were flowy tops. I only had to buy one set of pants extenders. However, a friend of mine never had to change anything. Her tummy was pretty high up and wasn't in the way of any of her clothes. Usually though, you will look pregnant between the 5th and 6th months. If you're me and a little overweight,it maybe be obvious during the 7th month.

I recommend buying at around 4-5 months. The rapid weight gain is on that months or the second trimester. Don't buy too soon because it might not fit well when your breast grow more and your hips and so on. Make sure the maternity clothes you buy are adjustable until you reach 9 months. Don't buy too many too, think about the expenses you need to pay when the baby comes out. Just a practical answer from a practical mom.

I get it - so excited to show it off! Well it depends upon your built and the baby in fact. Other starts showing at about 4 or 5 months others earlier than that. Some women doesn't show that they are pregnant and all of a sudden on the 6th or 7th month it shows up and you won't be able to tie your shoe lace anymore.

Sorry to disappoint you, but that might be a while. However, it should not stop your enthusiam for going maternity shopping! Or even baby stuff! Depending on your current size, you might be able to just buy clothes some sizes larger for the next months to come. Otherwise you will probably need maternity clothes from about 3-4 months when your babybump will become visible to the outside world and your jeans really won't close any longer.
