Does Bringing A Blanket Home Really Help?
We have a two year old rottweiler. She's a lovable as can be but we are still worried about bringing a baby home. I've heard that bringing a blanket home with the baby's scent can help to prepare a dog for the new arrival. Does bringing a blanket home really work?

A blanket helps, also, show the baby's room and all objects of the baby. Another very important thing is that you take the animal for a long walk before the baby comes home, and then, baby get in house first, then all the humans, and in last place the dog, to teach him who is in charge.

hello as long as yoiu bring a blanket with a baby scent but wrap a doll with the blanket and then put it in a place that the dog is but correct the dog to dont get near to the blanket if can be helpfully, otherwise it will just make he get familiarized about the baby scent but there has no connection about blankets be used without a trainner reason. Cheers.

yes this is a good option for preparing a dog for upcoming baby training in your home as such dogs are very caring for baby but sometimes it goes opposite also so its better to start the training for dog from today only .Other things you can chcek by bringing one baby at your home from known.
