I'm Having Trouble Breathing.
I am 26 weeks pregnant and am having a lot of trouble catching my breath. I started happening when I was exercising, but now it happens whenever I walk or do stairs. Is this normal or should I call my doctor about my trouble with breathing?

it is perfectly normal. Some women are more 'brethless ' then other. As long as the breathing is enough and do not creat some panic situation, you don't need to worry about it. i had too such problems, and it seems I still have some few minor trouble. Definitely would pass after delivery! good luck!

As a pregnant woman, you don't have to be doing much exercise because it can harm your health condition. You also has not to be doing hard work and also sitting for long, standing for long, walking long distance etc. I think the only way to do is seek help from your doctor, since he has the experience and well trained in that he can help best.

Yes it happens some times as you are gaining weight and 26 week pregnant .This is quite often happen with every pregnant lady because at that time the stamina get decreased and some get exhausted even when they try to go just 2 3 stairs so this is normal just the thing try to relax yourself and dont stress yourself and eat nutritious food.
