Usually women gain weith in the third trimester.but the is no rule on that, every woman react in her way so, it is not a rule for you too.YOu could take only 5-7 kg , and only at the end of the pregnancy. Don't worry about this issue, you will take some weith, and the baby will be just fine! take the positive part- you won't be needed to lose weith after that, as the most of women try to !

hello there, and most of all doctors don't encourage a woman to eat more to gain weight, the weight that you gain does not mean your baby will be a big and strong one, so usualy the weight start be noticed as a different after a first trimester be completed,so I would say that you will notice some change when you get into 4th month, your doctor will advise you to dont get weight over 9kg during all your pregnancy time, coz the amouth of food that you eat does not mean that your baby is getting everything taht you consum, so try dont gain so much weight during this time, otherwise the most part of all weight you will gain will be for you.

Every month weight show be increased by 1 kg at least in some cases it is 1/2 kg alos and in some it could be more as your already 11 weeks are over and you rae telling that your weight is not increasing at all .So you should start eating some healthy food which give nutrition to your baby and iron , protein, carbohydrates increase in your food so that your baby will also gain some weight.
