What Is The Best Exercise While Pregnant?

I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. I am trying to modify my daily routine to include exercise to have a healthy pregnancy. What is the best and safest exercise to do while pregnant?

Friday 12th of February 2010 02:26:43 PM you need to work some easy gym, and for a short period of time.
Also to use some exercise only with your body,do not use heavy weights or any weights at all.
I used to make some simple exercises for arms, and for legs.I used a big ball to help me with dowm and up exercises.

Tuesday 23rd of March 2010 09:57:48 AM hi there dear, Have you already speak about it with your doctor, coz he or she is the only one taht can say what sports can be safety to you, but the most safety thing that you can pretice is to go for a walk, if you have never preticed exercises before you can start with a short walk like 30 mins of walk, and then start increase some more moniutes as long as you get used of it, hope it will help you.

Monday 17th of May 2010 03:21:58 PM the bets method of exercises to do during pregnancy is walking. You can walk from three hundred to five hundred miters every morning. but when getting to labor, it is advisable you stop it.
But to get the accurate answer i will recommend you to your doctor for further explanation.

Thursday 24th of June 2010 07:43:44 AM The best exercise during pregnancy are walk , swimming, low impact aerobics and yoga. Walking is the wonderful way of exercise .IN this there is low impact and less risk .Yoga is also good as it gives relieve from nausea , cramping and to control breathing . Dancing is alos good exercise
