Are There Exercises I Can Do To Keep From Getting Stretch Marks?
I work at a local fitness center. All of my usual gym wear shows my abdomen. Are there any exercises that I can do while I'm pregnant that will keep me from getting stretch marks?

I can tell you that the strech marks depend in 90% of the skin elasticity, so some exercise won't hurt but defintely won't help too much. if the skin is good you won't have any problem at all, creaming or no creming, but if your skin is not too good , as elasticity, you will hve some nasty strech marks. Check some youtube exercises video about pregnant woman. good luck

There is no available exercise to avoid strech marks. As you know it is in the skin stretching while you are pregnant. Anyway, I suggest you used petroleum jelly. Apply it on the skin with stretch mark after you have given birth. Likewise, you can use whitening lotion to normally lightens the marks.

as i know there are no exercises as long your colagen does not work based on how much exercise you do or not. what you can do to try minimize the stretch marks to appear is use moisture and almond oil and coconut butter to help your skin get more resistent to handle the strech that it will suffer... so there is not exercises that will help but some cosmetics would support you a lil, and sure never scratch your belly or anywhere that must itch during your pregnancy, the itch is a natural symthoms that yous skin is getting flexible and it must cause marks if you scratch it while you are pregnant as you can break the colagens cells during the time you are rubbing your skin to get relief.

I will not prefer you to be doing exercises as a pregnant woman. even though exercises is good, but a pregnant woman do not has to be doing it much. i will recommend you to use ointments, eat vegetable fruits . You can also see your doctor to recommend more methods for you but exercises is not the best.
