After My Baby Comes, How Soon Can I Start Exercising?
I'm due in 6 weeks and I feel enormous. I can't wait to get back into my usual workout routine. How soon can I start exercising after I give birth to my son?

Yes you can work out like pelvic exercise but it is suggested to take rest for at least 2 weeks when your baby is sleeping. You can start yoga after 2 month and swimming after once your bleeding stopped. The best exercise you can do is pelvic floor exercise before you start anything.

As soon you feel you are able. it depends on what kind of delivery do you wish to have, If you have a normal delivery you can start exercising after 4-5 weeks, after your strenght will be better and also you won't be so tired. if you will have a c-section delivery it will take longer.

You can start exercising by three months time,buy you don't have to be eager to get back to exercising because you can go back and cause harm to your self. it is advisable you consult you doctor for him to approve you before you go.Even if you go, you don't have to start very big training, you have to do step by step.

hello mom and congratulations, that all will depend about what way you delivered and if you have or not some complications during or after you give birth, the time of homework is different to every woman, some that give natural birth start be good to do some homework after one week, some takes more time, the woman that pick c-section usualy need to avoid some force at last for the first 45 days after you give birth, but all depends how you give birth.
