Friday 19th of March 2010 08:48:30 AM Hello there Mom, and yes after she born she will run some tests to check how is her health status, the first test they run is the APGAR test to check how is her healthy , the apgar check these things:heart rate, breathing, color, activity and muscle tone, and grimace reflex response. if this test does not show anything out of the normal score trhat is 7 to 10, may another tests will not be needed, and sometime before it normaly the doctors get to check the baby eyes and ears to check a some infection presence, and the other tests are just mensure and weight check.

Thursday 24th of June 2010 12:18:06 AM If you dont have any problem like GBS or anything then there will be not need to take more test on baby as all tests are already done on you and if you were positive for nay problem then some test would be taken accordingly as such the test for checking the jaundice on baby could be taken as all baby have mild jaundice at the time of born and some vaccination will be done
