Lower Back Pain Is Killing Me.
I'm 21 weeks along and my lower back is killing me. I've tried doing stretching exercises but it only helps a little bit. Tylenol gives me some relief, but it is still very uncomfortable. Is there anything else I can do or take to ease my lower back pain?

You may try putting hot compress on your back. Gentle massage can really soothe the pain. You may ask your husband to do it for you. But as far as many pregnant women i have known, they just do stretching such as sitting up straight and standing on all fours like a dog then bending your back inward and outwards. make sure that you are combining it with proper breathing.

Hello there you can try get massage if your doctor agree with it, but you can also lay just only in your left side and stop tgo lay on your back, always when you lay use a pillow between your legs it helps to don't leave your back unestable and it must be one help, when you need to go dow to pick sometging lower than you, just bend over or get on your knees, never just inclinate yourself otherwise you are just putting all your weigh on your back, thats what may will help you.

I will advice that you go to the hospital to see your doctor and feel free to explain every thing to him or her.he will know the best way to treat you. You can also see pharmacist in your area too. At times traditional herbalist also helps, so you can go and see the herbalist too for assistance.
