Is There Anything I Can Do For Mood Swings During Pregnancy?
|
I'm 18 weeks pregnant, and my whole family has been suffering from my mood swings. One minute I'll be laughing the next I'm crying. I hate being like this. Is there anything I can do for my mood swings during pregnancy?

Friday 12th of February 2010 02:41:58 PM unfortunately you can change and the treatment now we can not discuss.
so it is up to you wether you laugh or cry.
it is hard to be so over emotional, I know the feeling, but that's it.It gonna pass and you will forget this situation.a little bit after delivery and that's it!

Monday 17th of May 2010 12:55:44 PM Such things are natural things that are normally cause by God him self.
To control it i will say, is to be praying to God and explaining to him in order to have sympathy for you.
Also you use some local herbs which you can get from the herbalist.I will also advise to be taken vegetables too.

Friday 19th of March 2010 08:12:39 AM hello there mom, what can you do during your pregnancy is try health things that may will help you feel fine, there is not such a miracle thing or a real right thing that will take you away of it, may go for a walk everyday, eat bananas that are helpfull to make your brain produce serotonine, meditation to make you feel better, that are the most easy things that you can try see how it works with you, but there is normal the mood swings as long as your hormones levels during pregnancy are all in different levels than normal they used to be when you were not pregnant.
