Should I Eat More To Avoid Fainting?
|
I'm 14 weeks along. My doctor approved my work out regimen so I've been exercising regularly. Today I went to the gym and in the middle of the same routine I do every day, I fainted. Should I be eating more before my work outs to keep from fainting, and is there anything else that I can do?

Friday 12th of February 2010 02:57:18 PM I am sure you are not fainting from the lack of your fod.
definitely of hypoxia, which is the lack of air on your bain, and now in the pregnancy period is becoming even more accentuated.
maybe you need to tell the doctor this matter too.
it is important to prescribe for you or to tell you what to do.

Friday 19th of March 2010 07:59:46 AM hello there, i could advise you to eat at least one hour before you do some exercises one apple, I dont think you should eat more just coz you have been praticing exercises but may you should eat more times a day, and never start do any exercise if you have spent a long period before the exercise without eat anything, coz your body need to have energy enough to handle the exercises routine otherwise you will start fainting more and more. cheers and good lcuky.

Monday 17th of May 2010 01:33:37 PM You can eat more food. But eat foods like vegetables, fruits, protein foods and drink more.
In case it is not stopping kindly go back and see your doctor again. You can also see the pharmacist around your house for more assistance. Also herbalist are also concern in people issues, i think you can see them too for their assistance.

Wednesday 19th of May 2010 12:30:51 AM It seems so weird about this incident. I suggest you see a doctor now. You know sometimes pregnancy is quite sensitive that your every moves must be taken carefully and well studied by your ob gyne. You must inform your ob gyne about your activities and by then she can advise you what to do.
