Negotiating The Baby's Name With Daddy.
Ever since I was a little girl I wanted a daughter named Sara. Now that I'm expecting a little girl in 10 weeks, my husband suddenly hates the name. He wants something more fun like Jade. We have 2 sons which he named (my oldest is a Junior)and I never had any issue with his choices. How do we negotiate the perfect baby name that we both can live with?

There are different forms of the name Sara. You could call her Sierra, Sara-Lynn or Sara ann. Having named your two older children, both of whom being boys, he should be lenient and allow you to name your little girl. You could even play around with the spelling if he thinks it's too boring. Try using Cera, or Serah.

I think the best way to do is select your choice names and present it to the pastor or imam.Since they are men of God, they will know the name that has good meaning and the names that they think when given to a child, the child will prosper in life. So if they select and give it back to you and they are more than one, then just do put it in a container and do it like the way they do to pick lotto numbers, so the first name to come out will be the lucky name.

I guess it is normal to have a word on this issue too.especially that you are the one who wear in your belly. If he already named your son now it is your turn to name the kid who's coming. you can convice then by presenting some positive persone with this name.usually we hate the names because we have contact with a negative ( or a persone which we dislike)person. I hope it helps!

hello there dear mommy, as long as you said you husband already have named your first 2 kinds, that is fair if that time now your preference get to be the hit on, you can start look at the names that you guys like and see what you guys think about each other preference, or you may look around the names that sound cool for you both, then write them all in papers and make a pick without know which name came out, then you find a way to choose the names that you both agree is a great one. cheers.
