I'm Having Leg Cramps During Pregnancy.
I'm 29 weeks pregnant and have started having leg cramps while I'm sleeping. It is happening almost every other night and wakes me from a sound sleep. Are there any exercises that I can do to keep from having these painful leg cramps during pregnancy?

the cramps on your legs are due to the lack of calcium and magnezium from your body. try to drink more milk or yoghart and food with magnezium like bananas, nuts, eggs. don't tired your feet, you will have these cramps when you will be very tired, so rest your feet and legs.

Yeah, sometimes there are pregnant who suffer from severe leg cramps at night or usually in the morning before waking up. Try to have a simple walk in a day. Or you can consult this to your ob gyne on your next visit. There is reason why it happened.

Hello, i had the same leg cramps when i was pregnant, always during night, my friend said that this happens when your calcium is low in your body. It helps to pinch your muscle with your fingers.i know it is very painful, these cramps used to wake me up in the middle of the night during pregnancy and after that while i was breastfeeding.

Yes, you can do some exercises that must help you, take a walk regularly except if your doctor or mildwive have recomended you to don't exercise, drink lot of water, strech your calf muscles several times at the day, movi your feet and toes too during the time you are sit, and avoid be standing for so long or sit with your legs crossed for along time. I wish you a good lucky with the exercises.
