Are There Negative Effects From Clomiphene And Clomid?

I'm starting to worry that I'm infertile. I've been trying for 1 1/2 years without luck. A friend of mine had success using clomid. She said that she felt nauseous the first week or so, but that after that, she didn't have any trouble. Is nausea the worst thing that I can expect from using clomiphene or clomid?

I had problems on my first pregnancy, in fact the problem was that I could not have kids, so I needed to make a treatment for this with clomid.As I remember I had no problem with this treatment, everything went ok so maybe it depends from person to person.What was bad for your friend could not be same way for you.

Hello there, I think the adverse effects can be more than nausea as long all medications has a pretty huge lists of colateral effects that can appear, and what are the mild ones or the ones that if you present them must mean you should stop to take, but is better you ask to your doctor what to expect of the medications you are interested of take, and don't take any drugs without a medical prescription. See clomid is good for getting pregnant as it works with hormone estrogen but it has some side effects also which are bearable .With this one can get pregnant within 4 or 6 month.side effects are nausea,vomiting,twins birth or triple or so, weight gain, headache,mood swing, hot flashes,bloating and abdominal discomfort, abnormal menstrual bleeding, breast tenderness.

I had used clomid also but it should be taken with doctors prescription and monitoring. I suggest you better see an ob gyne before taking any medicines. Actually the clomid too was effective to me. For only one set in a month I got pregnant. However, I take it with the prescription of ob gyne and her monitoring, too.
