How Did You Fit Hypnobirthing Into Your Birth Plan?

I am trying to write up my birth plan and I don't have an idea of how to fit my hypnobirthing techniques into the plan. I want to have a drug free birth so I took classes on hypnobirthing. Do I write hypnobirthing into my birth plan in the pain management section?

Yes is a good to write hypnobirthing in your birth plan because it can help you to have a drug free birth.
In fact it is those things some women are lucking and always face problems at the time of pregnant. i will urge you to teach those women who are ignorance of hypnobirthing.

Hypno birthing technique is good for baby and nowadays lots or ladies are using this as this is good and drug free which could not harm the baby .IN this technique at the time of delivery with the help of hypnotism experts they hypnotize the lady so that delivery could be done without pain so its good to add in your birth plan.

Hi there you should write a formal request, assuming that you (full name) that is gonna be attended for (name of the hospital instution) in the date( date of the birth), is assuming the responsabilities and the complications that your choice may involve you and your child, and them you write the request, then you follow the admission that need to be very clear, during the labor the request need to content as well( so you write that your doctor can intervent as a professional as soon as your baby or you need a professional help, then you follow and describe the during the birth your ( request), the request of the cares to your baby. but you can do online researchs to have an idea about how to write this form and see the order of how present each content.
