Avoiding External Version With Music.
My baby is currently breech and my doctor says that if he doesn't move within a week, he would suggest external version. I've heard that this is very painful and am not wanting to go that route. My mother told me that she heard that if I play music between my legs, the baby might move toward the sound. Is it possible to avoid external version with music?

hello there mom, I have not heard about the music helps to avoid external version, but you can choose to escape from this route trying the music to see if it will helps, otherwise you can still running away from it choosing a c-section of birth. The external version most be uncomfortable and not 100% efficace as long as the baby can back to the position she were even after you have done the external version.

Yes it is possible some times, as you know during the colonial days as there was no hospital, not to talk of doctors, people were depending herbalist and observance of nature.Due to that it has made a lot of the olden people to know a lot of things including doctors work. so what your mother is telling you can be true and you can benefit from it.

I'm totally clueless if the external version procedure is painful or not. But just thinking that someone, with the use of an ultrasound, would manually turn the baby to its proper position - definitely would be painful. The problem with this is, how sure are they that the baby won't turn back to its previous position. They say that this procedure is safe, but if I were to be placed in such position to decide, I would probably ask for the c. section just to make sure everyone is safe.
