Congratulations! It's a rare opportunity to have a twin. So you need to always have to check your daily diet. Sure do, you will gain more weight as your unborn twin grows each day. But you can manage it. Simply avoid cold drinks and sodas. Also do not eat much sweet especially chocolates because, your twin may like and will always crave for such that you will end up gaining too much weight.

OK i will say it is true.as you know two peoples weight cannot be the same as one person, so if she carrying tow peoples pregnant she will definitely has more weight. But to get a genuine and accurate information, i will advice you to consult your doctor for assistance or even the midwives for assistance.

The amount of weight a woman will gain during pregnancy depends on a number of factors such as their height and pre-pregnancy weight. Women who are carrying twins, triplets or more will be encouraged to gain more weight than women who are carrying a single baby. In general, most women will gain between 15-35 pounds during their pregnancy. The amount you gain will depend on whether you are under, over or normal weight prior to conception. Overweight complicates matters during the period of pregnancy and during delivery, hence it is good to monitor your weight regularly, some due to more water in your body you may weigh more which is not a big problem as much, but weights due to fats is a problems.

As from my knowledge i guess you not gain too much more. It could be some extra kilos but no for such important quantity. The extra is from placenta and also from the other kid.It depends on how much will you eat, also depends on the pregnancy. It is first pregnancy?Usually at the first pregnancy women take much more in weight.

Congratulations mom,. and no its a myth about the mom of twins gain more weigh all will depend about how much you change the alimentation habits, you can still following your habits and don't change the quantity of what you eat, the gain of weigh is completly particular as long as some part of the weigh you gain come for the babie so it does not count as your weigh since after hyou give birth it will instantanely disappear, but the weigh that you will gain coz you eat more than what your body needs will be up for you to drive, and you don't need to eat for 3 since you are waiting twins.
