No Lunch Meat, What Do I Eat Instead?

I heard that I am not supposed to eat lunch meat because it can have bacteria that will harm the baby. I work full time and don't have a clue what to take for my lunches now. What are some quick, healthy foods that I can take for lunch?

Sunday 7th of February 2010 02:59:33 PM Oh ,my dear you need to eat meat!if you don't eat meat your baby would suffer more.ther is a kind of anemia which is made by non eating meat.
it is more dangerous then some silly ideas you could be infected by the bacteria from meat.
Also you need to eat many vegi and fruits for having a lot of vitamins.

Wednesday 10th of February 2010 09:01:26 AM Well, you can take vegetables, salads, fruit, fish...but meat has to be part of your diet because it contains proteins that your baby needs. Don`t eat fast-food...but something cooked in the house. Look over the internet for international recipes and try different tastes. Meat contains bacterias and can harm your baby but only when you eat it undone, crude.

Wednesday 17th of March 2010 08:37:24 AM hello there, you can grab fruits to your work and eat them, cereal bars, fruit juices, noddles, you can use the thermic boxes and prepare food at home and take with you they probably will be warm at the lunch time still, or may try a delivery and see the most natural meal the restaurants near you offers.

Saturday 15th of May 2010 09:56:38 AM it is true that when you are pregnant you don't have to be eating any kind of food you come across.
But first of all i will advice you to see your midwife to select the type of foods you have to be taking during pregnancy.
But to my opinion, i will say you start eating vegetable foods. i think it can help.

Thursday 20th of May 2010 03:21:04 AM You can eat well washed fresh fruits and vegestables for your lunch. As long as you are aware that your food is clean and in a good diet nothing to worry about what you are going to eat. Please take note that sometimes is not good to be over protective for of your situation, as long as you are eating the balanced food, everything will be fine.
