It seems as if most due dates are calculated from the date of your last menstrual period, therefore, you would be 4 weeks. I don't think many methods of determining the exact conception or due date are extremely accurate. Once you have your first scan, your doctor will be able to determine the due date a bit more precisely, although, this too is not set in stone. Just assume that you are 2 - 4 weeks along, and don't worry too much about the exact specifics.

Your doctor will start calculating from the first day of your last period. This means that you are 4 weeks pregnant. But as conception only took place two weeks ago you are technically only 2 weeks pregnant. When looking for details regarding the progress of your pregnancy you should work with the timing like your doctor will do (counting from the 1st day of your last period).

Conception is calculated from the first day of your last period. This is because ovulation usually occurs in the week following your period. So the first time you miss a period it is because you most likely conceived in the cycle following your last period. The confusion in calculating the age of your pregnancy is that many people equate the week count with the age of the foetus. This is an incorrect assumption. If the first day of your last period was 4 weeks ago, then you are 4 weeks pregnant. However, this means that the foetus is most likely only 2 to 3 weeks old.

You calculate from the first day of your last period - it really is that simple. If you are certain of when you conceived, you take that date instead and add 40 weeks. But most Dr's will always calculate based on the first day of your last period which will give you a rough indication of when you are due. When you have your scan at 12 weeks, this will confirm the due date.

if you are really pregnant then means you have 2 weeks! your ovulation was at the middle of the 28 days, so in 13-16th days.So from 16th day to 28-29th day are 13-14 days= 2 weeks. that's it is but the doctor will always ask you when it was the first day of your last period, so he will calculate the pregnancy from that date. take care of you pregnancy!

If you calculate from the last date of the period to the day when you have missed the next period it is 4 weeks plus the number of days missed. It all depends on the date when you conceived but when you do miss a period it is over four weeks already. However, you will have to do a pregnancy test to confirm this finally.

Approximately you should be on your 4th week now assuming that your last menstruation was 28 days ago. Now to calculate your due date adding 4o weeks or 266 days from the last date of your menstruation. However it doesn't necessarily means that this calculations are as accurate as can be. These are just calculations and within the time frame. So congratulations!
