If You Track Your Ovulation, Can You Increase Odds Of Controlling Gender?

I read that you can increase the odds of conceiving the gender that you want by tracking your ovulation and choosing when to have sex. They said that if you have sex a couple days before ovulation you are more like to have a girl. Why would it matter when you had sex?

those are pure speculation although there are sometimes some connections between the day of conception.
when I remained pregnant I used a chinese calendar for chosing the baby sex.and it worked.
as about the day of ovulation is a lttle bit odd to me.
look for that chinese calendar of conception and try to follow that.is about the age of the mother and the month of conception.

hello there mom, and first than all to explain you about how understand the gender calendar you must get to understand better the ovulation period to get to know when is more likely to conceive a girl or a boy, and it is coz some positions are more improving to guys as long as they are quickly but the cells that carry the chromossomes for a male gender die more fast than women, thats how the gender calendar work, based of how improve that you will have more chances to have a baby for the preference of which gender will it be.

I don't think that is true. all That are just people predictions. But to get a good idea of that issue, it is good you see your doctor and explain to him.
But for me i will say it is not true because i believe that it is only God who can deride to give either girl or boy.

This isn't medically proven. But still a lot of couples consider this type of way so that they can set the sex of the baby. They also say that if you have sex a couple of days before ovulation you are more likely to have a girl. Why? Based on some research, boy sperm cells swim faster than the girl sperm cells. So if you happen to conceive before ovulation the most likely sex of the baby would be a girl. Since boy sperms do swim faster they also die earlier than the girl sperms. Leaving the girl sperms to win the race. Hope you get my point :)
