Can't Follow The Baby Lingo.
|
I have visited several pregnancy websites and am so confused. It seems that there is some sort of mom code that has taken over the internet. DH, PCP, TTC, AF, BFP...what does it all mean? Where can I find a list of pregnancy abbreviations so that I can crack the code?

Sunday 28th of March 2010 02:13:44 PM I have three children and have never heard of a baby code yet, all of my children survived and we all had fun (not always) while they were growing up. There is too much out there that makes the young mother afraid she is missing something if she doesn't follow the code. Believe me, all of this means nothing. When your baby comes you two will have a lingo of your own which, by the way, has already started.

Friday 14th of May 2010 06:04:24 PM it is true that the codes are very difficult to crack.
But i will urge you search on the forums related to pregnancy, Google and yahoo search engines, and also check on click bank.com products. i think if you make your search well you will be able to get some to buy.
But be aware of the internet scammers as you are searching. so any product you see to buy , always make sure you do much investigation about it before buying.

Wednesday 10th of February 2010 09:06:52 AM Hello. I can understand your being confused by all these terms. It is not necessary to learn them all, you can always ask for explanations whenever you meet them, at your doctor`s. You will finally become a truly expert in these 9 months. I found some sites that I hope will be exhaustive to your needs. Good luck!

Wednesday 17th of March 2010 08:03:30 AM hello there and its not a code created its only abreviations to make some of the full long names be more easy to be spelled or knowing as long as some of the full terms are just knowing and used by doctors, but the abreviations sometimes are more popular than the own name when it comes for medical subjects otherwishe they can be abreviation still to refertion of some subjects, so DH is dear husband, TTC is trying tio conceive, AF is aunt flo period, BFP is big fat positive ( for pregnancy test results) you can google it or even look for pregnancy sites that offers a list of the most used abreviations.. Good lucky.
