Can The Phases Of The Moon Have An Effect On Labor?
My mom is very superstitious. I'm near the end of my pregnancy and there is a full moon coming. She says that I should be prepared because a full moon brings on labor. Can the phases of the moon really affect my chances of going into labor?

ya, moon plays role, whn moon is dark abdominal pain gets stated, legs become more heavier, backache increases.

hi there dear, and I don't know if has there a way to explain if the full moon has something to do about the pregnancy but the maternities seems to be more busy during full moon, so as in some mental disorders some specialists really believes and says that the moon phases can work and influenced some stage of our lifes.

I think no. Please do remember I think this was the sign of labor for old age maybe wayback stone age, since they do not have a doctor yet. But I am sure you are aware that pregnant woman must be prepared of thier things when they reach 6 months of pregnancy. Maybe it was only the way of your mother to be get prepared though.

well, from my experience and also from the people who work in hospital it is some strange connection between phases of the moon and delivery.they said when it is full moon a lot of women gave birth,the full moon generate new , so you could expect to go into labor. i wish the best!

I will denied that fact. That on is just suspicious believe and if rely on that it can easily deceive you. It is only God who knows the best time for labor. i will also advise that when ever you experiencing symptoms of labor just try and go to hospital for the midwifes assistance.
