Will Kegel Exercises Decrease My Chances Of Tearing During Birth?
I have done Kegel exercises for years to help with a weak bladder condition I have. I heard that Kegels can help to get your cervix back in shape after birth, but can thy reduce your likelihood of tearing during birth?

Many people like the old women normally predict on such issues.But to get the best answer to your question, i will urge to go you to go to your doctor and enplane it to him , he will give you the right answer or you can even go and see any pharmacist around you.

Well this exercise is good in all age but especially for this time as in this time it helps to supprt vagina, rectum and uthera. This excersie helps before and after giving birth of child so they can reduce the tearing also plus it helps promote bladder control after the birth

It's a good practice to do Kegel exercise regularly. It is true that it helps avoid embarrassing leaks and it helps tone back your cervix after childbirth. But I haven't read or hear of it totally preventing tearing during delivery, it will help but not a hundred percent. Hence I believe proven or not, it still will have it's fair share of benefits to make your recover faster. Congratulations!
