Hpt- Second Line Extremely Faint

I just took a pregnancy test and it looks like it is positive. I followed the instructions carefully, and after about 30 seconds the the second line appeared. It was very faint though. Does the brightness of the positive line have any meaning, should I take a follow up test?

Did you want to see it bighter or not, did you expect to be brighter?If you did,well,you have to know that many tests who come out positive(you are pregnant)have the second line faint.If negative,it doesn`t show at all.But for you to be 100% sure of the result,take another test from another company.

Congratulation!
it does not matter how strong or weak the line is.it happened to me too on my first pregnancy, and had the same fear, that I am not pregnant, but a test will never show up positive results unless you are really pregnant.
so don't worry, you are pregnant.

hello there, the positive line usualy is not as dark as the first line, but sas long as you worry about the test, you must try a new test to take the doubts out of your head on the next week, or maybe seek for a blood test to comfirm what were the pregnancy test you have done, good lucky.

however faint the second line is, it shows you are pregnant, but you should go for a follow up test for your own peace of mind. you can do it after one week, this will show you the line clearly.

Whatever the color of the two lines as long as these contains the two lines, you must visit now a doctor I suggest. It is better to make sure than to wonder what is going on. Otherwise, you can try again and check for yourself just to know the truth.
