I Was Raped And Think I Made The Wrong Decision.
I'm 19 and I was raped by a stranger 3 weeks ago. I went in and did a rape kit and took the plan B pill to stop any pregnancy that might occur. Now I can't stop thinking that I may have murdered an innocent baby. I know that I will never know if that horrible incident would have resulted in pregnancy, but I would never, ever have an abortion under any other circumstance. Is it too late to get the professional counseling I was offered when it happened?

Hi.I am so sorry for what happened to you. In situations like this professional counseling is best. Also, try approaching the church, go to a priest and tell everything that is on your soul, prayers help a lot.God will help you recover and one day He will give you a baby to make you leave all behind.

hello there, and really sorry to hear what you have experienced, that is already painfull what you have passed though don't blame yourself not even a second for what were your decision, and you have not aborted dear, you just took the pills to don't conceive, the pills to day after they are not abortion pills they are just coinceve stoppers if I can call them like that, many pregnant women get to take pills to the day after and it does not stop them coz they already have coincept. the time to conceive can take 96 hours after the sexual relation end, and youi can check a professional opinion to at least stop to blame yourself for something that you have not done. You just stopped to coinceive you did not cause any abortion.

I'm so sorry to what happened to you. It is never too late to ask help or professional counseling no matter what situation it might be. Counseling won't only help you cope better everyday but also make you feel that you are being understood and valued. Asking for help is the bravest thing you can do for yourself.

No, it is not too late to get any help. You can contact a victims help line and they will point you in the right direction. Let me just tell you a little more about how the pill works. The pill stops the sperm from ever reaching the egg, so don't feel like you murdered anyone. You just stopped the process from happening. You have the right to feel a lot of things so you should seek out whatever help you may need.
