I'm Still Bleeding After Miscarriage.
|
I had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago and am still bleeding as if I'm having a moderate menstrual flow day. I've never had a miscarriage, and I didn't know how long it would last. I'm starting to realize this isn't normal. Is there anything that my doctor can do to stop this?

Karmen Saturday 6th of February 2010 11:43:55 AM Six week is too long period to still bleed. I know that after a miscarriage there is a procedure that stops bleeding. However, you should contact your doctor a.s.a.p.

Monday 5th of April 2010 08:07:03 PM I suggest you must see your ob gyne soon. Or call her immediately and discuss your situation. Honestly it is not a good sign if you have continuous bleeding after miscarriage. Maybe something is wrong with you. Even for simple bleeding you must ensure to see a doctor soon.

Tuesday 16th of March 2010 08:04:01 AM hello there and sorry for what you have been passing though, and I hope all will turn well for you soon, but you should contact your doctor and see why you are taking so long bleedinh, some cases it can happen and even last long than 6 weeks but there are cases and "cases", so the best is seek for your doctor opinion and probably you will find out why you keep bleeding and if there is normal of if you need to do something else to make it stop.

Friday 14th of May 2010 08:01:18 AM Yes it is better you go to hospital to see your doctor. the doctors are the well expert in any form of human health.so if you are having problem and be siting at home brooding about it, i think it will be useless because you dont have any knowledge about it. it is even advisable to just go right now in order to avoid over bleeding.
