I Have A Belly Button Ring.
|
I've had a belly button ring for 3 years. Now I'm pregnant, and I want to keep it in. I don't think it poses any risk to the baby, but could it rip my skin as my belly grows?

Tuesday 16th of March 2010 05:42:54 AM Hello there, is pretty great if you consider take off you belly ring now or at least before you completly 6 months of pregnancy. coz you have a risk to rip your belly skin as your belly grows as long as the belly ring is probably attached in a small piece of skin and your skin will strech and it has a limit of strech to the point to rip. You can still wearing your piercing as soon as you give birth coz as long as you have it already for 3 years probably it will not close the hole where your eblly buttom is. cheers

Thursday 13th of May 2010 01:01:31 PM I will advice that you stop using it because it causes risk to your body. as you know if a woman is pregnant, any thing that touches the body will be paining her especially when the pregnant is even up to nine months. And it is just one of doctors advice that, when you are pregnant, you should stop wearing such thing as it can easily harm your skin because at that time the whole of your body is soft.
